And ain't Abuimanyu 'bubblewrap' Bubbla Roy's story beautiful? This movie was not a fairytale, a mushy-mushy happy ending one, it was circumstantial. You may hate Bindu for leaving everything mid-way, for her for her decision of getting married and settling down with some other man(I mean if she had to settle down only, why couldn't have she done that with Bubbla?) but maybe the answer against all that hate would be Bindu's version of the story, and does that version matter? ⁣⁣

Bindu's version, maybe we as the audience were mad at her for nothing, maybe she never got married, maybe Kanchi was Bubbla and Bindu's daughter, maybe Bindu called Bubbla that night to reconcile but could not(cheezein adhoori chodne ka doosra naam hi to tha Bindu) maybe her version was not as happy as the story that Bubbla wrote, maybe her version was much more tragic than Bubbla's own unwritten version.⁣⁣

We tend to associate people to places and good things happen with those people only at the places we have previously associated them with. BOM and CAL as Bindu called them, BOM was away, afar, it was straining, it was stretchful and then CAL, Bindu and Bubbla's CAL, was soft, was serene, the only place on Earth where they could have reconciled. Reconciliation in a fairytale would be a happy ending, a kiss on the lips, reconciliation in real could be a smile, could be everlasting love for someone.⁣⁣
